About Milton Rendell - Real Estate Agent
A little about me
Milton is the founder of The Real Estate Plus Group, having started in 1999 with a team of four. Over the years he has created a network of forty staff with five offices. He started Real Estate Plus with the vision to create an agency that would be able to help people with all of their real estate needs. He achieved this by adding finance broker and settlement agent, Plus Loans and Plus Your Settlements. He can now proudly say that The Real Estate Plus Group has it all covered.
Milton has been an active member of the Midland area all of his life having grown up (and still living) in Guildford and attending Governor Stirling High School. Having commenced his real estate career in 1987 in Midland and over the years has worked in both sales and management. His prior work experience includes banking and retail.
Over the years Milton has been exposed to various market conditions and understands the key elements of selling property in tough conditions. One of his main passions is training and that is reflected through the human resources umbrella of Real Estate Plus. Every staff member whether it be sales, administration or property management has extensive training and support when working at Real Estate Plus. Milton prides himself on strong communication to both his staff and clients, he firmly believes that our team is the forefront of Real Estate, he demonstrates the utmost professionalism with everything he does.
Milton has coordinated many training seminars and getaways, both in house and externally. He has given presentations both interstate and overseas in regard to his experience in real estate and management. Recently he published his first book The Real Steps to a Real Estate Sales Career, which highlights the stepping stones to becoming a great Sales Consultant.
One element of Real Estate Plus is often recognised for is our unique marketing, Milton’s philosophy is to be more than just a real estate agent and this is reflected through various marketing strategies. From cheeky billboard and cinema campaigns, to full page advertising in the local paper. He works closely with our marketing team to ensure that the brand has the best coverage for our clients and current property listings.
