In fact, prior to undertaking a career in real estate, Monica worked in a global recruitment business for 12 years as a principal consultant and is a natural connector of people.

A perfectionist by nature, Monica is an integral part of the team who ensures nothing slips through the cracks. She offers critical support in collaborating, organising, and managing the team’s schedules, marketing, and vendor relationships. Whether it is her creative flair in selecting the right marketing for each property, her ability to remain composed whilst working to tight daily deadlines, or the warm nature that sees her build wonderful relationships with vendors, it is easy to see why Monica is so successful in this important position.

Deeply passionate about property, Monica has successfully renovated her own home and can empathise with any vendor looking to renovate or add minor touches to their home before going to market. Having first joined the Barry Plant Team in 2015 Monica has been successful in a range of roles that have prepared her to thrive in this important link between vendors, agents, and buyers. Living in the eastern suburbs for the past 16 years whilst raising her young family within the local community, Monica has an extensive knowledge of the local residential market.
