About Nicholas Cusick - Real Estate Agent

Nicholas is a lifelong resident of the Central Coast and he is a member of a family that has origins in the Gosford area dating back to the early 1920’s.

After being educated at St Joseph’s College Hunters Hill, Nicholas started his real estate career at the ripe old age of 20 in 1992.

Prior to owning his own business Nicholas worked for another high profile Gosford real estate firm. In 1998 Nicholas took over George Brand Real Estate Gosford – the first of that companies franchise offices and in 2002 he bought the long established L.J. Hooker Gosford office and re-branded to L.J. Hooker.

Along the way Nicholas has opened L.J. Hooker East Gosford and L.J. Hooker Lisarow to now become the largest and most successful real estate group in the greater Gosford area.

Nicholas is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent and Auctioneer. He is also a member of the prestigious L.J. Hooker Captains Club – Multimillion Dollar Chapter representing the top 3% of all L.J. Hooker agents internationally.
