Nick Penklis has spent most of his working life in Real Estate. Nick launched SPACE Property in August of 2003 remodelling his existing business with a new name, new image and renewed passion. In November of that year Nick marketed and sold the highest auction sale in Brisbane for 2003. Nick and his SPACE team were on their way to building a real estate brand that Brisbane would recognise and trust.

Nick has been an Auctioneer for over 20 years and conducted close to 3000 public auctions.
