About Nicola Laurenson - Real Estate Agent

Self-motivated, independent and full of energy, Nicola is highly organised and efficient, and she is also a very strong and natural communicator. She cares deeply about what she does and gets great satisfaction from supporting and nurturing her clients throughout their property journey.

From a very young age, Nicola always knew that she wanted to work in real estate. Growing up, a fun weekend for her was going to open for inspections with her parents even when they weren’t in the market to buy. So, as soon as she finished secondary school Nicola completed her Agent’s Representative Certificate and then while studying at university, she began working part-time in property management.

After university, Nicola immediately threw herself into her real estate career, working her way through a variety of roles including executive assistant, team coordinator, assistant property manager and ultimately her present role in sales.

Although Nicola does live on the Mornington Peninsula, her life-long real estate dream is to one day live in Main Ridge, an area she feels emotionally connected to. Whenever she passes through the area she knows instinctively that this is the ideal spot for her. Her hobbies away from work include 4-wheel driving, running, training, reading, music and exercising with her much-loved kelpie Mika.
