I love that our area feels like a country town but has all the benefits and amenities of a major city. Everything in the Greater Springfield region is also very new. From infrastructure like freeways and train lines to shopping precincts, schools and universities, we are very lucky to have such amazing facilities within easy reach of the Brisbane CBD.
My strengths have always been communication, critical thinking and innovative problem-solving — skills that are crucial in our Purple Cow property management business. I ensure that our team pre-empts the needs of our landlords and tenants by taking a proactive rather than reactive approach. We focus on developing a win/win relationship — attracting and keeping high-quality tenants in well-managed properties to ensure ongoing high rental returns for our landlords.
