She also brings a solid knowledge of the technical side of construction and an understanding of local planning rules and regulations. Her capacity to ‘paint a picture’ using her expert knowledge and propose new possibilities ‘outside the box’ are powerful tools when negotiating, buying and selling property. With a degree in interior architecture Nicole worked hard to become a leader in the local design industry before positioning herself in the related field of selling property.
