Noel Lucas-Martinez has 23 years’ experience in residential project marketing across a broad range of markets and product types. From handling luxury boutique projects to large, multi-stage master planned community developments from conception to completion, his vast experience gives him an unrivalled skill base within the industry and he is widely recognised as an expert in his field.

His specialist areas include leading and active participation in over AUD $2 billion of residential project sales as well as product design advisory, focusing on buyer preferences & functionality to maximise values.
