About Oliver Kietzmann - Real Estate Agent
Oliver is passionate about making a positive contribution to the experience that business and property owners wanting to buy or sell in Regional Australia, receive. Although being highly driven to achieve results quickly, he is a strategic thinker with a well-developed business and accounting background, he tends to look at the big picture and will spend time thinking about his approach, before diving in.
Almost 30 years ago he started out working for BDO, an audit and accounting firm, whilst completing undergraduate studies in Accounting, Audit and Tax. He progressed quickly into owning and managing his own accounting practice which led him on to joining and holding the Financial Director position in a diverse Group of Companies. Migrating to Australia he's held some senior finance roles across the spectrum from Management Accountant Roles right through to being a CFO until taking the plunge into Consultancy and now Real Estate Business Ownership.
Oliver's industry exposure is broad and encompasses manufacturing and distribution businesses, agricultural operations, property development, property management, infrastructure project management, mining services activities, consulting and more recently the Property Industry.He has developed expertise and a strong focus on Strategic Management Accounting which covers all aspects of corporate finance and change management.His clients say that he adds value through exceptional skills in business performance analysis and improvement, an ability to diagnose and re-structure and re-resource finance and operational teams. Acquisition management, cash flow management, strategic planning and ensuring decisions made by management teams are likely to result in long-term financial sustainability through modelling, are further practices that he has developed.
Property and business transactions have often been part and parcel of the roles and assignments he has taken on which is what led him to start NAI Harcourts Regional Commercial in Regional Western Australia and also to purchase Harcourts Bridgetown.
He believes his career experience so far puts him in the perfect position to be able to provide a speacialised service to Regional Western Australian communities as regards business, commercial and residential real estate services and transactions.
