In 1994 Oresti was appointed to market 78 exclusive homes in the newly developed Moorings estate of Clear Island Waters, during this time, naturally he fell in love with the suburb and in 1997 he realised his passion for selling homes and opened the doors of his own real estate business. He has nurtured the business, elevating it to be positioned as the dominant agency in the area. The development of the business over the years has included the steady growth of the property management department and the accomplishment of over 1200 sales in Clear Island Waters alone.
