Orlanda brings with her more than 15 years' experience in the real estate industry with TOOP+TOOP.

As one of the youngest graduates of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia, Orlanda’s passion for real estate began as a 17-year-old when her parents sold their own family home with Australia’s leading real estate agency, Toop&Toop.

During her time with Toop&Toop, Orlanda has successfully filled an array of sales support roles, including marketing co-ordinator, sales associate and buyer manager to several of Toop&Toop’s top performers, regularly assisting them in placing in the top three sales partners in the company.

It was a natural progression for Orlanda when she finally transitioned to a full-time sales role in 2012. 

Orlanda combines her love of property and people with a double degree in Marketing and Communication from the University of South Australia, which has been invaluable in assisting her develop strategy-driven sales campaigns for her clients. 

Living in Unley for more than 10 years with her husband Mario and two children, Orlanda’s passions are her family and her love of living and selling locally. 

Orlanda recognises the immense privilege that comes with being invited into someone’s home.

She is often described by her clients as bringing a very genuine, down-to-earth approach, as well as wonderful energy and commitment.
