Oscar Seel is the newest addition to the Calnan Property team. A personal assistant to Founder and uncle Ross Calnan as well as to Director, Licensee and cousin, Rhys Calnan, Oscar is someone to look out for in the world of real estate as he learns the ropes from some of the best in the business.

Growing up in a real estate orientated family, Oscar has been influenced by the world of listings, sales and property management since an early age.

Given the opportunity to work in the family business, he hasn’t looked back. When asked about his future plans and enthusiasm towards the industry, Oscar replied, “the reason why I’m so passionate about the housing market and real estate is that it is fast-paced and constantly changing, so you can’t afford to get complacent.

There is never a dull day in real estate, there's always new situations to gain experience from, and it ensures you’re kept on your toes”.

When he’s not in the office, Oscar can be found holidaying down south, surfing with friends or at the local football oval.
