Rooming Accommodation is fast becoming a comfortable and affordable way to have your own accommodation without the huge costs.

These properties have been renovated to turn them into 5 SEPERATE accommodations, each with their OWN bathroom, sleeping, living, and kitchenette in their room, but also a shared laundry and shared full sized kitchen as well. Most tenants dont seem to use the full sized kitchen, but it is there if anyone one wants to use it.

Each space has its own secure lock, its own air conditioning and is fully furnished and fully self contained. They all vary in size and layout but all have their own facilities and are fully furnished.

Room 4 is in a legue of its own. It is by far the largest. It is more like a 1 bedroom apartment than rooming accomodation.

As you enter the door, the entrance hall combines it all.

To the right you have a seperate bedroom and a full sized bathroom including a bath and seperate shower. To the left you have a seperate toilet, then a seperate kitchen and then past the kitchen a seperate living area. 5 rooms in total all joined by the entrance hall.

These rooms do not come up often because the rent covers everything from the internet, electricity and water.

This accommodation is for INDIVIDUALS as there are limits council puts on occupants. It is not suited therefore for children either as council only allows one person per room. NO PETS

All standard Rooming Accommodation laws apply to protect your tenancy.

Rates & Lease:
- $375 per week
- All-inclusive: electricity, water, and internet
- 4 weeks' bond upfront, as well as 2 weeks
- Minimum 6-month lease commitment

To register for an inspection, please EMAIL an enquiry. All communication needs to be through email. PLEASE - No phone calls as we can not take your details down if we are driving or busy with another inspection. Once we have received your email enquiry we will respond with inspection time, to which you will need to reply back to confirm you attendance. If we do not have anyone confirmed to attend then the inspection is cancelled so it is VERY important to confirm/register.
