About Passos - Currumbin
We are the longest standing agency on the southern Gold Coast.
Our story begins as far back as 1949 - when our parent company Lin Corr Real Estate, was founded by father and son duo Lin and Bruce Corr. Since then, though, we’ve come a long way.
After a stint working under one of the biggest networks in the country, we have gone back to our family-owned and managed roots and relaunched as Passos.
Becoming a firm segment of the community and steered by our family — now in our fourth generation.
When you deal with Alex and our team behind Passos, your experience with us is underpinned by over 70 years of prowess and service.
Our heritage is right at the heart of Currumbin. Acquired in the 1940s, our office was originally a general store, and the pre-war building dates back as one of the oldest in the area. In the beginning, we approached all property owners along the street to donate 4 feet of their land to Council and thus, the generous footpath that runs the street front took shape.
These days we still find ourselves only footsteps from the stunning beachfront and moments from world-class surf. However, we don’t let this distract us.
Over recent years we have overseen some of the area’s most prominent sales and still to this day deftly handle the sales of properties we consider to be part of the most eminent in the country.
