He finds his work very rewarding. “It’s just as satisfying to see vendors maximise the return on their valuable asset as it is to hand a first home buyer their keys,” says Pat. “We enjoy making a positive difference in people’s lives.”

A long-term local resident educated at St Bernard’s, Pat knows and loves the area well. He’s actively involved in the local football club, has two adult children and loves a hit of golf.
