Having studied a bachelor’s degree in Property Economics at QUT, not only does his youth and energy form an unfair advantage for his clients, Patrick prides himself on being the most knowledgeable agent in the marketplace. Equipped with an auctioneer license too, Patrick confirms his position as a quality negotiator. When he’s not selling property as an agent, he is practicing what he preaches in the public arena as a prominent auctioneer within the Brisbane market.

Patrick grew up locally too, attending Belmont State School and Villanova College. Perhaps more importantly, he found that working at Carindale’s Pacific Golf Club for four years during his Property Economics degree was the catalyst to establishing a sincere understanding of what’s really happening in the community and what locals look for in an agent.
