About Patrick Sioud - Real Estate Agent

After graduating from St Patrick’s College Strathfield in 2015, Patrick moved into a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology whilst simultaneously working in the finance industry, focusing on wealth management. He spent two years working in financial services whilst spending some time working at Ray White's head office to expand his work experience. Patrick's time at head office allowed him to work closely with senior figures in the company, gaining incite and a love for the industry. This time in head office drove his career move into the role as Business Development Manager. In this role Patrick supported the office’s landlords through the rental process, ensuring that they secure the best tenants for their investments. Patrick then progressed to the role of sales assistant prior to becoming a fully fledged sales person with an ultimate goal of providing a premium and holistic real estate service for their clientele. Patrick is a keen sportsman and supporter of local charities, regularly taking part in community sporting events like City2Surf, and working with local initiatives like the Red Shield Appeal and Meals on Wheels. Patrick also has a black belt and regularly teaches local students in martial arts.
