Paul has lived and breathed Real Estate for over 40 years of his professional life and he loves what he does. Having achieved peer recognition with consecutive Auctioneer of the Year awards, and industry appointments including Chair of the REIV, Central Melbourne Residential Division, he is now at the top of his chosen career.

From the beginning handling land and broad acre subdivisions, Paul progressed to selling new and established homes, managing an office, and, finally, realising his ambition to establish his own practice.

Caine Real Estate was established in the inner Melbourne blue chip suburb of Hawthorn, in 1996. In 2002 Caine Real Estate relocated to East Melbourne where it is now positioned to operate across a wider range of aspirational inner city suburbs and the CBD. Now in 2023 has become a well-known and well-regarded name in the mid to upper end of Victorian Real Estate Circles.
