Paul has an extensive knowledge of both Property Management and Sales and he thrives in both environments. Real Estate is in his blood and he loves nothing more than closing a deal for his clients. 

Whether that is by renting a property to a brilliant tenant at an excellent rental rate, or selling his clients property to a family to make it their new home, both he excels at.

Paul has won numerous industry Awards, personally as Allhomes Property Manager of the year, as well as an Agency being awarded by The Real Estate Institute of the A.C.T as Canberra’s best Small Agency of the Year for 2 consecutive years running! He could not be any prouder of his team.

Paul commenced in real estate in 1998 in Sales, he enjoyed the role and after a couple of years saw an opportunity to pioneer a Specialist Property Management Agency focussing on managing Residential properties in A.C.T. With the drive and determination to make it a success in 2001 Paul along with his wife Nardia founded En Vogue, the first Property Management Focussed Real Estate Agency in the A.C.T. 

Built on providing clients with good old fashioned personalised service, where clients can pick up the phone and talk to the team, where they always know who is managing their property with everything backed by the latest technology, En Vogue was always destined for success.

Paul grew up in country New South Wales in the small town of Trundle and attended Red bend Catholic college in Forbes. He travelled before settling in Canberra and meeting his wife Nardia. They have 2 beautiful children, Bailey and Ruby. Paul loves nothing more than cheering them on in their individual sports and endeavours. The kids can often be found helping in the office after school, who knows one day they might take over the business!
