Meeks Real Estate has been built on the back of his reputation for being a real estate agent who genuinely cares about his clients and his staff. His family owned business operates on the core values of integrity, honesty and loyalty.

Having found an enthusiasm for real estate at a young age whilst working as tradesman Paul soon gravitated towards a real estate career within the local area. His passion and drive to be the best at his craft led him down a successful path where his name quickly became synonymous as a respected and honest agent with impressive negotiating skills. This soon gave him an opportunity to open his own agency where he was able to operate his business with all the values that were extremely important to him, and the chance to surround himself with like-minded staff.

Working with Paul, you become part of his extended Meeks family. He employs based on culture, first looking for people with great morals, as skills can be taught. Paul has found over the years, valuable staff are most certainly a worthwhile investment and only enrich a growing team of honest and caring professionals and couldn’t be prouder of his team.

Having been raised in the area, he enjoys being within 30 minutes of the Hunter Valley, beaches and city life. A lover of all things sport, Paul has a large extended family who all enjoy boating and fishing together, with many weekends spent relaxing on Lake Macquarie.

Looking back on the thousands of clients Paul has assisted with their real estate needs over the years, is extremely rewarding. To have grown such a successful and organic company where a large percentage of business originates from past clients and referrals is humbling yet gratifying. He believes that if you help enough people in life achieve their goals, you’ll achieve your own, and he loves that he gets to use his skills to make a difference in the lives of others and to have helped so many clients, who quickly become friends.
