They run a highly driven and enthusiastic office with core values built around helping people through the process of buying or selling their dream home and moving onto the next stage in their lives. They demonstrate physical vitality and a strategic approach in everything that they do. This translates into the way they run their office, present, market and negotiate the sale of their client’s homes.

P&G Real Estate are also very involved with the community and they plan to continue supporting schools, organisations and charities in the area. Their most popular event is the annual Narre Warren South Easter Egg Hunt which has been running since 2014 and continues to be one of Narre Warren South’s biggest community events.

Throughout the years, Paul has researched the best ways to present and market properties and has implemented many new procedures and techniques in his selling strategy which achieve lower days on market and higher prices compared to local market standards, raising the benchmark every year.

Having completed the full agent’s license, and being a fully accredited auctioneer, Paul continually engages in training and coaching events to continually improve his skills to better serve his clients, and encourages his team to do the same.
