Paulina started her career in Real Estate in 2018, as a fresh postgraduate, in Europe. After moving to Australia

she undertook my first Real Estate job in the challenging year 2021.Paulina enjoys working with different clients every day and the diversity that her role brings allows her to work both in the office and conducting routine inspections and other out-of-office appointments. Every day is different in real estate, meaning she is always busy meeting new people and seeing a variety of properties. Her current role allows her to resolve difficulties she has never encountered before. Moreover – it enables her to be creative and use out-of-the-box solutions when looking for the best solution for her clients to ensure they are happy and their issue is resolved. The key to career satisfaction is always to follow one's core values, which means doing the right thing in an agent's work. As long as all we do feels right to our inner self – the enjoyment will follow and it will ensure our clients are happy with our level of service and that we are doing a great job taking care of their home.Paulina enjoys cooking and baking in her free time, which she has enjoyed since an early age. She loves to spend her weekends at the beach, surfing, and swimming in the summertime, but only when the ocean gets warm!
