After 5 years with LJ Hooker and 3 years with RE/MAX, it was a massive career milestone when Peter started his own business under the @realty umbrella. Given his experience, Peter still recognises he is in an industry where there is always something to learn.
When Peter first graduated he capitalised on his wide knowledge and understanding of computers to sell in a specialist multi-national store, where his people and computer skills were quickly recognised and he was promoted to manager.
He moved with the company from New South Wales to Cleveland and decided to look for new challenges when he realised he would not be given enough power to make a difference in the company and would have a limited earning capacity.
Real estate had instant appeal for Peter. “It is a difficult industry to work in, which I like, and, at the end of the day, my success is my success.”
“I do exactly what I say I am going to do. I am honest and realistic and I don’t want anything for nothing. I’m also proud to say I have never lost a listing” he said.
Away from work, Peter has always enjoyed shooting (and at one time competed) and playing the guitar. Music is his main passion outside of real estate, with a lot of his free time spent enjoying live music.
