Peter Varellas began his real estate career in 1995, learning the ropes in the rental department before moving into a sales role and becoming a licensed estate agent & auctioneer at the age of 21 and is now a proud partner at Nelson Alexander.

From helping someone buy their very first home to choosing an investment property, Peter’s vast real estate knowledge and experience allows him to truly understand his clients and their unique needs. “I love helping customers reach their goals,” Peter explains. “Regular communication is what it’s all about: my clients always have all the information they need to make informed decisions about buying, selling or leasing.”Peter grew up in the northern suburbs and has spent his entire career working in local real estate. He brings to the job the extensive understanding that only a true local can provide.

Away from the office Peter is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his boys, supporting the Richmond Tigers or escaping to Swan Hill for some fresh country air.
