Phil has been a Lead Agent with Place Bulimba since 2006. In that time has assisted over 500 families, builders, developers and investors in their property journey.

Having owned residential and investment properties in Brisbane's inner city for the last 20 years, Phil knows first-hand what it is that clients expect from their agents, and you can rest assured that he delivers. Described as honest, hard-working and approachable, Phil is an agent who will keep your best interest at heart.

Phil also has extensive knowledge of town planning and building designs, allowing him to provide valuable advice to clients at all stages of their property journey.

His extensive experience (20 years) with Education Queensland, including three years as a Deputy Principal, was exciting and challenging and allowed him to hone the broad management and organisational skills which have proven invaluable assets in the real estate arena.
