Phillip was an Airline employee for 16 years and business owner before commencing his real estate career in 2003 where he was a residential sales agent in the Eastern Suburbs. He has been a local Hills resident for over 14 years now having his children attend local Primary and High schools. Being a local provides him with the intricate knowledge of the area which is critical when managing other peoples investments. A quick thinker who enjoys a challenge and being part of a successful team keeps him on his feet

His priority is to maximise the return on the investment for our clients and manage properties with the utmost care & professionalism. He believes that taking the time to source the right tenant helps to create a stress-free investment for his clients.
