The name Prentice has been synonymous with Real Estate on the Mornington Peninsula for over 75 years. Founded in 1946 by Bill Prentice and incorporated in 1958 as Prentices Peninsula Properties P/L, the Company is well recognised as one of the largest, most experienced and respected, independent Agencies in the area.

We have two high exposure offices at Rye and Sorrento, both of which are managed by a Licensed member of the Prentice family. Managing Director of the company is Max Prentice A.R.E.I. (son of founder Bill) Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer who has over 40 years experience with the Company in Real Estate Sales and Administration.
