Remove two (2) Tipuana tipu (Rosewood) from the rear garden adjacent to the boundary with 6-8 Botany Street and replace with four (4) medium-sized, local native trees, from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These established trees are in good health and condition with broad, dense canopies and were flowering at the time of inspection. They are however in an unsuitable location and are pressing against the garage of the adjoining property which is showing cracks and areas of structural weakness. These trees have insufficient space to mature without causing ongoing damage to infrastructure.
