Tree 1 (Eucalyptus Camaldulensis River Red Gum) had a major structural branch failure on Monday 15th Sept 2025 during recent high winds. I am proposing the immediate Total Tree Removal due to personal and professional safety concerns from a qualified Arborist (Future Tree Health). As per professional Arborist Report: Mitigation: Total Tree Removal (Recommended) 1. Immediate removal is recommended due to: High risk of catastrophic limb or whole-tree failure; Fungal decay = structural compromise; Proximity to occupied and neighbouring properties. 2. Removal will eliminate ongoing safety hazard 3. Replanting with lower-risk, appropriate species is advised to maintain tree canopy and biodiversity within the property. 4. Limitations of Pruning: limb loading would involve selective reduction pruning, however, in this case, the decayed scaffold cannot be restructured safely; pruning may destabilise the remaining form further; presence of decay means even apparently sound limbs may fall unpred
