Construction of a 268 berth marina consisting of floating pontoon structures, associates fixed piles and shore connection access bridges. The floating elements include a private marina, public Jetty pontoons, public boat ramp pontoons and fueling and services pontoons. The piling includes all fixed piles for the pontoons and additionally piles for a dry stack travel lift and heavy duty fixed platform. All piling works are to be carried out in the dry and the harbor is to be flooded on completion of that work. Apart from the shore connection structures, the works are essential to be carried out below the Mean Low Watermark. Note, the only construction works below the low mean water mark is the piling.
