Remove one (1) Frangipani in the front yard and replace with one small/medium-sized (1) local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection this mature tree was deciduous and had good form and structure, there were new season buds present. The issue however is with the tree's roots and the damage to the plumbing - the plumber's investigation revealed "After digging down in the soil, we found the 20mm copper cold water service had cracked and the unions on the water meter were leaking as the meter has raised. This has been caused by the tree root within the garden bed, putting stress on the pipe work".
