Remove two (2) Ficus microcarpa var 'Hillii' (Hills Weeping Figs) adjacent to the left side boundary and replace with two (2) local native trees from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection these trees were in fair health with poor structure and sparse canopies due to extensive poor pruning. These trees also have insufficient space to mature; there were buttress roots present and their trunks were within proximity to the neighbouring fence which they will soon impact. It is recommended that they be removed and replaced before they reach massive proportions and cause further damage to structures.
