Secondary Consent Amendment to approved plans - Reinstated several features of earlier versions of the planning approval such as: • Remove the existing garage and install a swimming pool. • Install a pergola. • Replace the roller door to Alfred St. • Installation a circular window to the northern façade of kitchen. • Replace existing 2.2m high western boundary fence. • Relocate wing fence on Alfred St side of the dwelling.
