Remove one (1) Erythrina x sykesii (Coral tree) from the backyard near the right fenceline and replace with one small-medium-sized (1) local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection, this tree was deciduous with new buds emerging. This is an undesirable species and is classified as a weed, under the Biosecurity Act 2015.
