Remove one (1) Laurus nobilis (Bay tree) from the left corner of the backyard and replace with one small/medium-sized (1) local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection, this tree was in good health but in poor structure; it is multi-stemmed and has tight branch unions with included bark. There were suckers growing from the tree throughout the small yard which this tree will eventually outgrow - it is an unsuitable species for this small space, it has insufficient space to mature.
