Section 4.55(1A) application to modify LDA2024/0235 proposing minor amendments to the approved stormwater design as follows: - reduction of the absorption trench from 40.5 m to 21 m to retain an existing rear tree, - relocation of the rainwater tank from the western to the eastern side boundary to enable gravity discharge, and - the addition of a new gravity line directing overflow to the street kerb and gutter. These changes maintain effective stormwater management while preserving the existing tree.
