Remove one (1) Lilly Pilly hedge, one (1) Tuckeroo hedge and one (1) Tuckeroo from the rear courtyard and replace with two (2) hedges from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These trees were initially planted as a hedge however they have not been maintained as such and are now full-grown trees. They are in an unsustainable location; in a raised garden bed that has cracks throughout, most likely caused by the trees' root systems. While the boundary wall could be repaired with the trees in situ, the damage is likely to reoccur as the trees mature, reaching unmanageable proportions.
