Grant Stewart, the Co-founder of Province Property with his wife Tasha Stewart, has been operating his own real estate agency since the year 2000 and they took the decision to re-brand in 2011 – hence the birth of Province Property. Previously heavily involved in a very broad variety of property streams the decision was made to narrow the agency focus to concentrate on the emerging city and surrounding suburbs residential market. This residential population has grown to the burgeoning metropolis that we see today. Together Tasha and Grant have formed a formidable partnership in a very short space of time.

As a family owner/operated Real Estate Agency, we offer an option that most agencies cannot compete with; that is consistency and longevity of our relationship with each of our clients, as well as a ‘do what it takes’ attitude when it comes to meeting our clients’ needs – there’s no such thing as a limited 5 day 38 hour week with an owner operated business.
