About Rachel Spurgeon - Real Estate Agent

With a ‘client-first’ approach, Rachel’s innate understanding of people, together with over three decades of real estate experience, has positioned the Bellarine local as one of the most reliable and personable agents on the Peninsula. Her ability to create real connections, and build strong relationships with her clients is the cornerstone of her decorated career.

Entering the real estate industry in 1990, her understanding and knowledge of the laws and legislation governing Real Estate comes from years of experience and keeping up with Consumer Affairs updates. As a fully licensed Real Estate Agent her passion for her job and the industry has translated to her work as an off and on campus tutor to the Real Estate course, at the Gordon Institute of TAFE.

As someone who lives and breathes real estate, Rachel is committed to delivering service and strong communication to clients across the Bellarine Peninsula and Geelong.

In her “spare time”, she enjoys sewing/dressmaking, gardening, cooking, travelling and socialising and is involved with DOSE, a small, community-based group assisting the hearing impaired.
