Moving to Loch Sport as a 5 year old, Rachelle comes from a long and respected family of builders, going back as far as her great grandfather, with her father, brothers and even her husband, all experienced builders.

The Fowler family name is synonymous with quality homes, building more than 100 houses in Loch Sport and surrounding areas.

In fact, Rachelle’s happy childhood was spent helping her parents run the 90 Mile Beach Holiday Retreat in Loch Sport, which they built from the ground up and owned for over 30 years.

A real life fairytale romance, Rachelle met her teenage sweetheart Luke on the local school bus, and together they raised their three children in idyllic Loch Sport for many years.

Like their mother years earlier, all three children attended Loch Sport primary school in town.

But it’s not just about playing a big part in Loch Sport’s history, Rachelle is just as committed to its future, contributing significantly to local charities, school, men’s shed and golf club, and supporting the annual New Years Eve fireworks, along with being an integral part of the Loch Sport Business & Tourism Group.

Rachelle’s encounter selling their first home in Wallaby Street back in 2002, and then buying their next home, lead her to realise there was a real gap in the local industry for an excellent real estate experience for the customer.

From there, she started working in a small local agency, learning on her own along the way.

Then in 2012, she completed her full Real Estate Licence and her dream of opening her own agency came to fruition.

A true local, family run business, Rachelle works alongside her daughter Renee, who has followed in Mum’s footsteps.

Fast forward to today, with more than 1360 property sales in the area, scores of exceptional 5 star customer reviews, and receiving the award for Loch Sport’s Real Estate Agency of The Year in 2020, it’s clear that Rachelle is as passionate as ever about doing what she does best - matching buyers with their dream holiday house, investment property or full time home.
