At the end of 2004, I knew it was time for a change in my career.

With encouragement from a couple of local agents that I had worked with when buying and selling property, I walked the streets, knocking on every real estate office door asking for work.

I finally reached the front door of an LJ Hooker office in Narangba, Queensland.

When I walked out that door I had a real estate sales job and I haven’t looked back.

Fast forward to July 2019, my family moved state due to an amazing job opportunity my wife was offered.

Once again I found myself calling, emailing and door-knocking for work.

It was LJ Hooker who opened their door up for me and welcomed me into the family to join them as a sales consultant.

For me, joining the LJ Hooker was an easy choice, being a brand that everyone knows, even outside of the industry.

LJ Hooker Pinnacle Property made me feel like family from the moment I walked in their door.

Having that, in conjunction with the longevity of the business, has definitely made it an employer of choice for me.

Outside of real estate whenever our family get the opportunity we like to travel.

This has taken us to all corners of the world.

Some may say that COVID has put a stop to this but I’ve found that it has opened up a whole new world.

Now we’re enjoying the chance to explore right under our noses in our state that we may have taken for granted.
