As active salespeople, the Directors of Raine & Horne Neutral Bay wholeheartedly believe in the philosophy of leading by example, “if our clients are happy, then we have done our job well”.

With decades of individual experience David Buttel, Hamish Kyle and Stewart Robertson have collectively an extensive and sound knowledge in all facets of Property matters including Sales, Auctions and Property Management.

David’s association with Raine & Horne goes back to 1987, and his name has been amongst the top national sales achievers (Raine & Horne Australia wide) with his awards including the number one residential salesperson position within the extensive Raine & Horne National Network, along with numerous Top 10 Sales Achiever awards over the years.

Our Area

Neutral Bay and the beautiful harbourside surrounding suburbs of Cremorne, Mosman, Cammeray and Kirribilli have, for many years, been renowned as some of Australia’s most sought after, profitable and prestigious real estate. Neutral Bay is just 5km north of the Sydney CBD. 

In recent years the Neutral Bay shopping and business district has become increasingly popular for its many restaurants, micro-bars and of course, the ever popular "Oaks Hotel".

The name "Neutral Bay" originates from the time of the early colonial period of Australia, where different bays of Sydney harbour were zoned for different incoming vessels. This bay was where all foreign vessels would dock, hence the name 'neutral'.

The office of Raine & Horne Neutral Bay is prominently located in a heritage-listed bank building on the corner of Military Road and Waters Road in busy Neutral Bay Junction. This prominent corner location is well known and allows outstanding marketing opportunities for prominently displaying client properties.
