Since the early 1970s, we have delivered industry leading property management services to real estate investors. Starting with a portfolio of 7 property managements, today we manage more than 1500 properties for our clients. 

In keeping with our reputation for innovation, Raine & Horne St Marys has developed an extensive strata management business. Today, we have more than 550 strata managements in Western Sydney, the Hills District, South Eastern Sydney, the Central Coast of NSW and the Snowy Mountains.

 Leadership

At the helm of Raine & Horne St Marys are two experienced real estate professionals, Vince Turner and Therese Turner. Vince Turner, Managing Director and Licensee-in-Charge, has been with the agency since 1974 and he lives and breathes real estate. His knowledge of the local area is unsurpassed, and in all aspects of real estate, he is unrivalled.

Therese Turner, General Manager, joined the company in 1978. With a knowledge base that is the equal to the latest IBM computer, Therese is largely responsible for overseeing our administration, property management portfolio, and strata management business, which is one of the most extensive in NSW.

Our office is located in a purpose built, multi-story, commercial building at the heart of St Marys’ vibrant retail district, guaranteeing round-the-clock exposure for our properties.

At Raine & Horne St Marys we have developed a team of 20 real estate all-rounders, together with dedicated support staff, who can manage any call, any time, whether it is a sale or buying enquiry, a property management issue or a strata management matter.
