Ratna Kar has previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer before realising his future lay in Real Estate. "I have always taken a keen interest in property”, he says, "And I really enjoy meeting people and helping others. This is the job that I was meant do."

Before joining YPA Cranbourne, Ratna has worked in sales at Ray White Glen Waverley and Hocking Stuart Mount Waverley. He has transacted millions of dollar worth of real estate since 2009. Now he is occupied with not only sales but also property development.

Whenever, Ratna is not at work, he plays Badminton and goes for long walk to unwind. He also spends time to support -Light House foundation who are champions to help homeless people in Victoria. He loves travelling with family and seen many parts of the world.
