About Rayna Hao - Real Estate Agent

As a Senior Property Manager, Rayna Hao is responsible for working on behalf of our landlords to manage their investment properties, and take care of everything to do with the day-to-day leasing of their rentals. Rayna is also responsible for working with our tenants to resolve any issues they may be facing – whether that’s a question about their lease or a maintenance or repair issue. Whether she’s working with our landlords or tenants, Rayna is committed to helping others, and ensuring she always delivers on her promises to make the leasing journey a great one for everyone involved.

Rayna comes from an accounting background, having previously studied accounting at Melbourne University. However, she made the move to real estate six years ago now, and hasn’t looked back. Prior to joining Areal, she was involved in setting up a property management company from scratch, and grew their portfolio from 110 to 600+ properties during her time with that company. Now, as a much-valued member of the Areal team, Rayna is excited to continue exploring new opportunities that may arise within her role, so she can continue to grow her skillset and expertise as a Property Manager.
