Real Property WA is a proud Western Australian based Licensed Real Estate Agency that specialises in Property Management of residential investment rental properties.

Originally established back in 2004 as part of a large franchise group (Raine and Horne), the Company built a reputation on providing property investors with results and exceptional service.

After a successful run as the franchise groups flagship WA office, the Company eventually became an independent business named Questus Realty which was then owned by an ASX public listed Company.

Questus Realty was introduced as an Approved Property Manager and Housing Provider for the National Rental Affordability Scheme in 2009 with the first NRAS rental property activated and leased in the same year. Since then, the Company was instrumental in the delivery and activation of over 1,000 NRAS rental properties in WA alone.

After a successful decade of results, in 2019 the Company was successfully merged with one of Western Australia’s largest affordable housing providers to become Real Property WA.

These days, Real Property WA’s HQ is now situated in the bustling business district of Cockburn Central. Our WA operations cover the whole Perth metropolitan area, stretching as far north as Yanchep and down south to Rockingham. We also cover the Peel, Bunbury, Dunsborough, Margaret River regions and also the north-west coastal town of Geraldton.
