To gain administrator access to Reception admin, you need to be an authorised representative. This includes being a principal, director, CEO, or their delegate.

Once authorised, you can provide us to:

• Update the agency/ agent profile
• Services and Locations you covered by your agency
• Update Agency branding and imagery
• Update the sales team details
• Report/confirm sales and request reviews on behalf of the sales team
• Property showcase listings and sales
• Add selling agent details to property sales.
