Something of a property matchmaker, Rhys Johnson finds enormous pleasure in connecting the right people with the right homes in his role as Business Development Manager within the high-achieving team at Buxton Mentone.

With years of experience in Melbourne’s ever-changing rental market, Rhys began his property management trainee ship in 2012 and then immersed himself in the industry working across a variety of suburbs and a broad range of property types – the result is a seasoned professional who can guide his clients right through from beginning to end.

Rhys is an accomplished communicator whose caring, understanding nature and love of meeting new people makes him an ideal fit for a role that involves really listening to uncover customers’ goals and help overcome challenges - especially for new or reluctant landlords.

Dedicated to the success of his team and with the aim of continuing to expand the properties managed by the Mentone office, Rhys has an innovative approach to helping his clients find ways to ensure they are comfortable renting out their homes.

When outside of work, Rhys spends every spare moment with his wife Lauren and young family, enjoying spare time together and meeting up with other families.
