Carrie commenced her real estate career in 2016 in Property Management playing a pivotal role in the establishment and organic growth of a rent roll with husband and Co-Director, Richard Bischoff. Expanding into Residential Sales, Carrie quickly found her niche establishing herself as a market leader in the Karalee, Karana Downs, Chuwar, Mount Crosby, Barellan Point and surrounding areas through her commitment to excellence in communications and providing outstanding and timely solutions for her clients.

Described as warm, engaging, driven, with strong communication skills, Carrie is a charismatic leader and sales executive who thrives on meeting and engaging new people and crafting strategic approaches to best serve their real estate needs.

Dedicated to learning, she proactively seeks to develop herself in all areas personally and professionally and is a ready advocate for the development of young people to reach their potential. In her role as business owner, Carrie finds great joy in seeing her team grow, develop, and excel in their roles.

A mother of four grown boys, Carrie’s love of family and supporting their varied endeavours has her well connected in the community where she is often found volunteering her time or supporting charitable endeavours as a local business owner.
