Richard's father John Caldwell established a well known family business, Caldwell's Antiques in 1951. Learning the ropes from Dad as a young 13 year old boy in and around some of Australia'€™s finest properties Richard has always had a very keen eye for quality and value. Having a growing passion for real estate and development Richard continues to carry out many renovations, subdivisions and sales with great success for all his clients. Originally working and selling real estate in the Applecross area Richard now lives on the coast in Coogee near Fremantle with his wife Katherine, Son Brock and daughter Neeve who he calls the two terrors I can't help but love. Having a keen eye for property and hands on experience in the early days Richard has the knowledge of how all the trades work in order to keep a development or subdivision moving as we all know time is money. Within the last 19 years Richard has become the director of development companies, an import company and a very well established Fremantle based real estate agency O'Byrne Estate Agents since 1987 which he states that with all the companies being real estate based they intertwine together servicing each other in different ways which in turn helps all those involved and with the experience of our administration, sales and property management staff your real estate experience will be one of ease.
